En este blog vamos a encontrar parte de las clases teóricas y prácticas de la asignatura de Educación Física. Además, encontraremos aportaciones relacionadas con la Educación y Actividad Física, así como todo lo que los propios alumn@s sugieran que guarde relación, tanto dentro como fuera del centro. Este blog además de ser una herramienta educativa más, servirá de nexo con las familias y acercará un poco más la realidad educativa al entorno familiar.
Después del duro y largo trabajo que habíamos tenido durante este año, ahora era hora de celebrar el fin de curso. El jueves jugamos a algunas actividades divertidas que dirigían nuestro maestr@s. Fuimos nueve grupos mezclados con gente de cada clase. ¡Tuvimos un tiempo estupendo y la climatología fue bastante buena! After the long hardwork that we had having during this year, now it was time to celebrate the End's year!! On Thursday we played some funny activities which were ruled by our teachers. We were nine mixed groups with people from each class. We had a superb time and the weather was good enough!
El Viernes, el AMPA preparó una fiesta que empezó sobre las 8 de la tarde con la entrega de premios a algunos alumnos, después de este, cada clase actuó sobre el escenario con un baile, ¡fue genial! Me gustaría felicitar a los padres que enseñaron a estos alumnos. ¡Un excelente trabajo! ¡Absolutamente fantástico! On Friday, the AMPA associaton arranged a party which started about 8 p.m. with the presentation prices for some pupils and after that, every class played a show - dance on the stage, it was great!! I would like to congragulate the parents who teach this pupils. It was an excellent job!! Absolutely fantastic!!
¡No te preocupes, no tienes que esperar más!... ahora puedes disfrutar de la fiesta acuática!! El pasado miércoles 20, alumnos de 3º y 4º curso estuvieron jugando a algunos juegos acuáticos en la pista polideportiva. Todo estaba preparado y sobre las 12.30 empezamos a ponernos húmedos, y algun@s de nosotr@s ... empapad@s!!¡¡ Quizás, el próximo año seremos incluso más!! ¡¡Disfrutarlo!!
Don't worry, you don't have to wait any more... now you can enjoy the water party!! Last Wednesday the 20th, pupil from 3rd and 4th grade were playing some water games inside the court. All were well prepared and about 12:30 we began to get wet, and some of us... soaked!! Maybe, next year we will be even more!! Enjoy it!!

Hay una cantidad innumerable de deportes. En esta sección, nos vamos a centrar únicamente en los deportes individuales. Vamos a aprender algunas características sobre ellos: - Cuanto más practiques, mejor lo harás. - Tu resultado dependerá casi siempre de tí ( pero las condiciones atmosféricas o del terreno pueden cambiar esto). - Realmente no necesitas comunicarte con nadie, pero debes seguir tu táctica. - Dependiendo de tu deporte: a) Puede ser compitas sólo, como en algunas pruebas de atletismo (salto de longitud, lanzamiento de jabalina o disco,...) b) Puedes competir contra un único oponente (yudo, kárate, taekwondo, y otros deportes de lucha) c) Puedes competir contra un grupo de oponentes (ciclismo, maratón, triatlón,...)
There are innumerable amount of sports. In this section, we are going to focus only in single sports. We are going to learn some characteristic about them:
- The more you practice, the better you do. - Your result of your score is almost all up to you (but sometimes the weather conditions can change this). - You don't really need to communicate with anybody, but you must follow your tactic (strategy).
- Depending on your sport: a) You can compete against nobody, like in some athletics (lenght jump, javeling throwing, discus throwing, and many others) b) You can compete against a single opponent (judo, karate, taekwondo, and others fight sports) c) You can compete against a group of opponents ( cicling, marathon, triathlon,...)
Los deportes de equipo son bien conocidos porque algunos de ellos son muy famosos como el fútbol, el baloncesto, el balonmano,... pero un deporte de equipo tiene algunas características comunes que podemos tener en cuenta, por ejemplo: - Tenemos un fin común. - Necesitamos comunicarnos con todos en nuestro equipo para mejorar nuestros movimientos contra nuestros oponentes en la pista. - Cada miembro de nuestro equipo es muy importante, incluso si él/ella no se mueve... (podría ser parte de una estrategia). - La Cooperación es muy importante también. Sabemos que hay montones de deportes colectivos... En nuestra escuela, en Educación Primaria, empezamos aprendiendo con juegos modificados, y después de algunos años cambiará a el juego normal. Team sports are well know because some of them are very famous like soccer, basketball, handball,... but a team sport involves some common characteristics that we can take into account, for example:
- We have a common target
- We need to comunicate with everybody in our team in order to imporve our movements against our opponents in the court (pitch).
- Every member of our team is very important, even when he/she doesn't move... (could be a part of the strategy).
- Cooperation is very important as well.
We know that there are loads of team sports... In our school, in Primary School, we start learning some of the by modified games, that after some years will change into a the ordinay sport. Here you can watch a cool video made by pupils from 1st to 3rd grade. Enjoy it!!
Después de nuestra primera y última fiesta del patín, me gustaría animar a todos aquellos quienes no patinaron con nosotros a aprender algunos consejos básicos para patinar correctamente. En primer lugar, podéis ver el vídeo del día de la fiesta y después un grupo de vídeos en los cuales podréis encontrar paso a paso, la forma de aprender a patinar en línea. ¡Presta atención y diviértete!
After our first and last rollerblade party, I would like to encourage all you who didn't rollerblade with us to learn some basics advices in order to rollerblade properly. Firstly, you can watch the Rollerblades's party day video and after that a group of videos in which you will find step by step, the proper way to learn inline skating. Pay attention and enjoy it!!

Espero que esto os anime a traer tu trofeo cuando ganes algo o al menos, cuéntanos tu experiencia, porque disfrutamos con la actividad física, ¡da igual la que sea! Hi to everybody!!, today some pupils from thrid grade brought a trophy and medals. Those where from a hockey championship that took place in Talavera. Here you have some photos. I hope this encourage you to bring your trophy when you win something or at least, tell us our experience, because we all enjoy physical activity, it is the same which!
