Let's go to start this section with some healthy mid-morning snacks that our classmates brought to the school. We are going to rate them giving 1 star if they are a little bit healthy, 2 stars for the medium and 3 stars for those which are an excellent choice. Pay attention!!
Denisse: 3 estrellas (fruta + zumo)
Gabriela: 2 estrellas (1 zumo). Podría mejorar añadiendo una fruta y/o un bocadillo.
Eduardo: 1 estrella (un pastelito y batido de chocolate). Podría mejorar con fruta fresca y un bocadillo.
Paola: 3 estrellas (bocadillo + lácteo)
Rubén: 3 estrellas (bocadillo de queso y jamón)
