Happy new year for everybody! I'm starting this year speaking about other place where we can workout. Comparing with the first scenario that I've shown you in other article, this scenario has the double length and more slopes. I suggest you to take the path direction the forest that is between our school and the outdor swimming pool, and from this point until the bridge over the highway (CM-42) we have about 1 kilometer, that means that if we go there and come back, we get 2 kilometers. This path is modify and rolled in order to walk, run or cycling in a comfortable way. Moreover, your are in the middle of the forest enjoying the nature and breathing fresh air... You only need to choose the best hour to practice your exercises. Remember that we are in winter and maybe you'll need some extra clother in order to protect yourself from the cold temperature.
